FCCB challenge Man's World DT Heritage Album LO

The challenge this week at the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge blog is It's a Man's World. I quickly thought of my neglected Heritage album.

I love my Heritage album & wish I would work on it more. It is such a challenge. I probably worry too much about each page, wanting to make sure they are not only accurate, but get the right pics, the right feel & maybe even the personality of the person and/or time depicted. It's a challenge & one I run away from! LOL

This layout is of my Father in Law's Dad.
He died when my FIL was a boy. I have tried to question family members, but sadly haven't come up with much to say. I actually haven't journaled on any of my Heritage pages...I'm too intimidated.

I used the Heritage album for the die cuts. The paper is from my stash. Once I can find the birth & death dates those will go below the main picture.

On each of my heritage pages, while I haven't journaled I've left plenty of space. Hoping one day to actually write about them!

I hope you enjoyed a glimpse into my idea of "it's a Man's World".
Now it's your turn to join us for this week's challenge. Remember to stick with the theme & include a Cricut cut!

What a wonderful LO:-) I love that background paper. Do you know who makes it? Those metal buttons are just the perfect embellishment. TFS:-)
